Pressure Cleaning Perth (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Perth, Western Australia based pressure cleaning business owned and operated by Jamie Kounis. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Quick summary: We collect the details you give us to quote and complete your job. We never sell your information. We only use it to run the business and communicate with you about your job and, where you’ve agreed, future reviews or offers.

When you get a quote, book a job, or contact us, we may collect:

Your name, phone number, email address and property address

Details about the job (surfaces, size, access, photos you send us)

Payment and invoicing details needed to bill you (we don’t store card numbers ourselves)

Your correspondence with us (calls, texts, emails)

If you leave a Google review of our business, and reply to us or interact with that review, we may

access the review content through Google’s Business Profile platform (see section 4 below).

To provide quotes and carry out the work you’ve booked

To invoice you and manage payment, using Xero (our accounting software)

To send job reminders, quote follow-ups and appointment updates by SMS or email

To ask for a review after a completed job, and to reply to reviews you leave us

To meet our legal and tax obligations

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We don’t use your information

for advertising to third parties.

We use the Google Business Profile API to read and reply to reviews left on our Google Business

listing. This access is limited to:

Reading the text, star rating, reviewer name and date of reviews left on our listing

Posting a reply to a review, written or approved by Jamie personally

We do not use this data for advertising, we do not transfer it to any other person or company, and

we do not use it for any purpose beyond managing and responding to our own business reviews.

Access is limited to Jamie as the business owner. This use complies with the Google API Services

User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

To run the business, some of your information may pass through these trusted services, only for the

purpose stated:

Xero — invoicing and accounting

ClickSend — sending SMS job reminders and quote follow-ups (you can opt out of SMS at any

time by replying STOP)

Google — Business Profile reviews and, where you’ve come to us via Google Ads, tracking which

enquiries came from our ads

Microsoft 365 — email and calendar management

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including restricting access to Jamie as

the sole operator of the business, using secured accounts with two-factor authentication where

available, and not storing payment card details ourselves.

We keep job, quote and invoice records for as long as required for tax and business purposes

(generally at least 5 years, per ATO record-keeping requirements), and delete or archive older

enquiry details that are no longer needed.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have

it deleted (where we’re not required to keep it for legal reasons). Just contact us using the details in

section 1.

We may update this policy from time to time as the business or the tools we use change. The date

at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
